Facilitator · Speaker · Writer · Educator

Jamie Clements is a facilitator, speaker, writer, and educator working at the intersection of breath, consciousness, and human potential. His work explores the breath as both a physiological tool and a doorway - into the nervous system, into presence, and into dimensions of experience that many of us have been taught to dismiss.

Drawing on neuroscience, philosophy and years of lived practice, he creates spaces where people can regulate, connect and encounter something that goes beyond the purely rational.

From corporate boardrooms to ceremonial circles, Jamie works at the forefront of a quietly powerful movement - one that takes the inner life seriously, asks harder questions, and trusts that genuine transformation is still possible, and vital. The Next Breath, published in 2027 by Ebury (Penguin Random House), is an invitation to return to what it means to be fundamentally human. It is a journey into the body, into consciousness, and into a more honest relationship with what it means to be alive.

mission statement

The mission is to return breath to its rightful place - not as a wellness trend, but as a fundamental human practice. One that bridges science and spirituality, serves the collective as much as the individual, and opens genuine doorways into the inner life. This work challenges how the industry has commodified something ancient and essential, and offers something more honest in its place.

Why this work?

We are living through a crisis that doesn't yet have a name. A creeping disconnection from the body and the self - from the felt sense of who we actually are beneath the noise. A nervous system so chronically dysregulated that stress has become the baseline, and calm feels like the exception. And a quiet hunger for meaning that no amount of productivity, consumption, or self-improvement seems to satisfy.

These are not personal failures, they are the defining experience of modern life.

Breath sits at the intersection of all three. It is the fastest route back into the body, the most direct lever we have on the nervous system, and when worked with depth and intention, a genuine doorway into the kind of meaning that doesn't need to be manufactured.

This is why the work matters. And why now.
